Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced nursing team specializing in palliative care and respiratory management to provide comprehensive support for our loved one. This project entails implementing strategies for managing dyspnea, anxiety, and other symptoms to ensure her comfort and maintain her quality of life.
Responsibilities:
– **Symptom Management:**
– Conduct regular assessments of her symptoms, including dyspnea, anxiety, pain, and other related issues, to develop and adjust the care plan as needed.
– Administer medications and non-pharmacological interventions to manage dyspnea, including bronchodilators, opioids, and oxygen therapy.
– Implement techniques to reduce anxiety, such as relaxation exercises, breathing techniques, and creating a calm environment.
– **Dyspnea Management:**
