Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced nursing team specializing in stroke rehabilitation to provide comprehensive support for our family member. This project entails implementing tailored interventions for speech therapy, physical therapy, and cognitive rehabilitation to address his hemiparesis, aphasia, and regain independence in daily activities.

Responsibilities:

– **Speech Therapy:**
– Conduct comprehensive assessments of his speech and language abilities to develop a personalized speech therapy plan.
– Implement speech therapy exercises and techniques to improve his communication skills, including articulation, language comprehension, and expression.
– Use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices as needed to support his communication efforts.
