Provide a compassionate presence, active listening, and guidance on coping strategies, stress management techniques, and relaxation exercises, empowering her to improve her mental and emotional well-being and enhance her quality of life.
Energy Management: Develop strategies to help our mother manage her energy levels and conserve energy throughout her daily activities.
