Our primary focus is to provide comprehensive and empathetic care that enhances their well-being and dignity during this critical phase of life.

Project Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced palliative care nurses to provide continuous, high-quality care for our elderly parent. This project entails a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension based on the evolving needs of our family member and the effectiveness of the care provided.

Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate and specialized palliative care on a 24×7 basis.
Monitor and manage symptoms, including pain, nausea, and fatigue, to ensure comfort and relief.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, ensuring dignity and respect.
Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful interactions to enhance the patient’s quality of life.
Collaborate closely with family members and other caregivers to maintain a peaceful and supportive environment for our loved one.
Requirements:

Certification as a palliative care nurse with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in managing symptoms associated with serious illnesses and providing end-of-life care.
Strong understanding of pain management, comfort care, and holistic approaches to patient well-being.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a home environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to the unique needs of our loved one.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor, fostering a supportive and collaborative relationship with the family and other caregivers.
