Responsibilities:

Implement relaxation techniques such as mindfulness meditation, deep breathing exercises, or progressive muscle relaxation to aid our loved one in managing anxiety and promoting relaxation before bedtime.
Collaborate closely with our loved one’s mental health providers including psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists to ensure seamless coordination of care and address underlying psychological factors contributing to sleep disturbances.

Requirements:
