Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced nursing team specializing in nephrology and chronic disease management to provide comprehensive support for our family member with chronic kidney disease. This project entails implementing strategies to manage hypertension, advising on dietary modifications, and monitoring kidney function to slow disease progression and minimize complications associated with CKD.
Responsibilities:
