Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our caregiving team on a contractual basis, with a focus on providing specialized care for our loved one living with chronic pain due to CRPS. This role involves multidisciplinary pain management, coordination of physical therapy sessions, and offering compassionate support to help him cope with the challenges of living with this debilitating condition.
Responsibilities:

Emotional Support: Offer compassionate and empathetic support to our loved one, providing reassurance, validation, and comfort amidst the challenges of living with chronic pain and the debilitating nature of CRPS. Foster a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to emotional healing and well-being.
Coping Strategies: Assist our loved one in developing coping strategies to manage the emotional and psychological impact of living with chronic pain, including stress management techniques, relaxation exercises, and mindfulness practices. Provide education and resources to enhance coping skills and resilience.
Family Education: Provide education and guidance to family members on understanding CRPS, managing chronic pain, and supporting our loved one’s physical and emotional well-being. Requirements:
Certification as a registered nurse with experience in pain management, physical therapy, or chronic pain conditions.
Proficiency in multidisciplinary pain management approaches, including pharmacological interventions, physical therapy techniques, psychological interventions, and complementary therapies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate support to patients and their families dealing with chronic pain and the emotional challenges associated with CRPS.
