Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced nursing team with expertise in trauma recovery, rehabilitation, pain management, and emotional support to provide comprehensive care for our daughter. This project entails implementing tailored interventions to address her physical and emotional needs, promote her recovery, and help her regain as much independence as possible.
Responsibilities:
– **Conduct Comprehensive Assessments:**
– Perform a thorough assessment of our daughter’s physical condition, pain levels, rehabilitation needs, and emotional well-being to develop a personalized care plan.
– Regularly monitor her progress, adjust care plans as needed, and communicate updates to the family and healthcare team.
– **Facilitate Rehabilitation:**
– Coordinate and deliver physical and occupational therapy sessions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and coordination.
– Assist with the use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment to enhance independence in daily activities.
– Encourage and motivate our daughter throughout her rehabilitation process, celebrating small victories and milestones.
– **Administer Pain Management:**
– Develop and implement an effective pain management plan, including the administration of prescribed medications, non-pharmacological pain relief methods, and monitoring for side effects.
– Collaborate with pain specialists and other healthcare providers to optimize pain control and enhance comfort.
– **Provide Emotional Support:**
– Offer individual counseling or psychotherapy to help our daughter cope with emotional challenges, trauma recovery, and adjustment to her new physical limitations.
