Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced palliative care nursing team to provide comprehensive support for our loved one. This project involves administering palliative care, oxygen therapy, and supportive interventions to manage her symptoms and improve her overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
– **Palliative Care:**
– Develop and implement a personalized palliative care plan focusing on symptom relief, comfort, and quality of life.
– Provide pain management through appropriate medications and non-pharmacological methods.
