Facilitate discussions about end-of-life care preferences, advance care planning, and support services available for our loved one and our family, ensuring that his wishes are respected and honored.
Requirements:

Certification or extensive experience in palliative care, oncology, or pain management, with expertise in managing symptoms associated with terminal prostate cancer and bone metastases, including severe pain and erectile dysfunction.
Proficiency in providing compassionate palliative care to alleviate physical and emotional suffering, with a focus on enhancing comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients and their families.
