Responsibilities:

– **Cognitive Remediation Therapy:**

– Monitor and evaluate his response to therapy, making necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.

– **Medication Management:**
– Administer and manage medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to the treatment plan and monitoring for side effects.
– Collaborate with his psychiatrist to evaluate the effectiveness of the medication regimen and make necessary adjustments.
